About 12 hours before his kidnap, Kehinde Bamigbetan, the Chairman of Ejigbo Local Council Development Area of Lagos State apologised to his fans and followers on his facebook page and twitter handle for his silence in the previous week promising that posts of his activities at the council will be made available on his blog,www.kehindebamigbetan.com.
He stated that the posts will grant fans access to great news from Ejigbo and stated his plan to re-launch the local government website, www.ejigbooline.org for effective dissemination of information.
“Apologies to my friends and subscribers for the silence on this page in the last one week. Sometimes, you retreat to review the performance of your communications strategy and re- focus. My posts here will be available on my blog onwww.kehindebamigbetan.com and my twitter pages so that more people can have access to the good news from Ejigbo LCDA. I also hope to re- launch the local government website- www.ejigboonline.org which is being re-designed for more effective information dissemination.” Mr. Bamigbetan posted on Monday afte 9:00a.m
