Controversial Tonto Dikeh tweeted that she loves Nigeria but not a Nigerian by heart.  Hmmmmm…. What does that even mean? Another attention seeking tactics… Oh well! Nigerian by birth or by heart (whatever that means) you’re still a Nigerian babe.
