The fussy civil servant - named Zhang - said her former husband had also failed to keep his promise to have sex with her three times a week.
Zhnag, 52, slammed Zhou, 55, saying: "His penis is so small, like a kid's, only 5cm long. We've never had sex in our entire marriage."
Zhang said the couple met in 2008 through a common friend and got married five months later.
She had wanted to have sex with Zhou before they tied the knot - but he said he was religious so denied her.
Frustrated Zhang said she only found out about her husband's problems on their wedding night.
She said: "He's also impotent and unable to fulfill his responsibility as a husband.
"We quarrelled the whole night and I asked him to seek treatment."
The couple separated the day after their marriage, but then spent two years together before Zhang filed for divorce.
It is not the first time sexual performance-related divorce - in 2008, a Russian man was dumped by his wife after his penis extension broke off during sex.
